Environment Awareness Programm By Hon. Minister, Forest Department, GoAP Organized Along With Air Gun Surrendar Aviyan At Lumdung On 21st March 2021

Sri Mama Natung Hon. Minister Environment & Forests, GoAP, introduced the unique initiative named “The Airgun Surrender Abhiyan” inviting people to voluntarily surrender their guns to stop indiscriminate killing of birds in the state was initiated at Lumdung village first of all. This noble program gained huge momentum in subsequent time at different places all over the state. The students of Ramakrishna Mission School Lumdung performed a drama based on the importance of biodiversity. Hon’ble PM Shri Narendramodi Ji and Chief Minister Pema Khandu lauded this great conservation effort of Arunachal Govt.
