Computer Training Course

Swami Vivekananda put forward noble, practical, and novel ideas about education where he laid emphasis on science & religion. He was greatly concerned with the education standards of India in comparison with the western countries. He wanted his country to be strong in science, technology as also in religion. He believed that a balanced implementation of the trio would bring moral and industrial renaissance & remove poverty.

In future, Our RK Mission Lumdung centre will introduce a Computer training Centre to train young tribes in this remote place of east kameng , arunacahal Pradesh in state-of-the-art computer software & hardware in answer to need-based requirements.

Tailoring Course

Swamiji always opined for the need for indigenous production mechanism for economic liberation of the country. He comments,

We need technical education and all else that may develop industries so that men, instead of seeking for service, may earn enough to provide for themselves, and save something against a rainy day. It would be better if the people got a little technical education, so that they might find work and earn their bread, instead of running from pillar to post and crying for service.

With an attempt to bring this vision to reality, Ramakrishna Mission Lumdung has planned to run a Vocational Training on Tailoring to empower the poor tribe women of the locality in future. Initially, one of our mission staff’s spouse has been getting training with our full logistic supports.

Animal Husbandry

Short courses on Animal Husbandry to be introduced in near future at Ashrama.Courses on Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Care including Dairy, Goatery, Poultry, Duckery, Veterinary First-aid etc. to be given due weightage considering their importance in rural economy and self-employment.

Horticulture

Horticulture is the art of cultivating plants in gardens .Horticulture training program to be initiated soon under the proficient trainer at Ashrama . Establishment and management of horticultural nursery including production system of quality planting materials, add a potential fibre to the training programme as well.
